2.Can I try a sample in advance?

  Yes, there is no MOQ for our machines, welcome to try our samples in advance.

3.How long is the lead time?

   For small order, we will deliver in 3 days after received the payment, and for mass order, it will be 7--10 days.

4.How long is the warranty?

The warranty year is 1 year, and we will send you free new spare parts and technical supports if there is any problem with the machine.

5.What’s the payment term?

6.Can this machine be shipped together with essential oil?

   No, essential oil is sensitive product, and it should separate with the machine when shipping.

7.What's the cost of the oil each hour? How long can use of one bottle(100ml)?

  We recommend choose the medium level for each machine, the oil consumption is 0.058g/h when you    choosing level3, if you let the machine work for 15 hours per day, 100ml can be used about  three and a hlaf months.

 8. Are you factory?

A: Yes we are factory in Shenzhen. All of our machines are designed by our R&D department with unique design and patents and produced by our factory.
